I am a strange silly lady and an honest individual who strives for the belief that life should be lived under tranquility, fairness and discipline. I love to listen to goth rock, neo folk, synth pop, eerie classical and big band/ swing music to candlelight. I love to dress up theatrically sometimes, read, daydream and make crafts. I enjoy gourmet cooking and organizing.

Myrna Loy and William Powell - the best on screen duo. I love The Thin Man!!
So far, Im handling myself well. Although I feel as if I am dragging others down with me, I stop and realize that there is no “down” and it’s all in my head. The days go by the exact same whether I am in a sick mood or not. I make it harder on myself is all.
So far, I…
-realized I need medicine and or therapy to deal with the past.
-survived over a year in a big city without much help (I appreciate those that do help!)
-have done my taxes on my own and will be getting $1,000 back
-applied for a credit card so I can get a new car
-asked for a raise after 7 months of hard ass labor at my job
-have been with my boyfriend almost a year (next month!)
-am not pregnant or with disease
-can stay under 120 pounds and over 110 pounds while not feeling weak or faint
-have become obsessed with the LOTR and Middle Earth
-have made that female friend Ive been waiting for, on my own, without Sean’s help
-am getting a physical to see that my vitamin levels are all up to par
-have developed a respectable reputation among my peers and coworkers as being reliable, honest, patient, efficient, tolerant and trustworthy (which is why I work my ass off in the first place!)
-have seen and met many of my favorite bands that still exist and more keep popping out of the blue
-dont cry as often as I used to so I know I am healing (but therapy still needs to happen!)
NEXT on my list of things to do would be:
-haircut (suitable for teasing up, while proportional)
-fix car visors
-fix car stereo
-fix turn signals
-keep saving for a two-bedroom apartment
-buy a blender/food processor
-buy a sewing machine
-buy a blowdryer
-go to a dentist
-go to the eye doctor
YAY!
Oh yes, and continue to pay the lawyer I owe…while sending my parents money until I can afford a new car so I can give them back this crappy one that they took out a loan on….sigh….there. Then it will be just me, my problems and the people I love in my life in Los Angeles. Here we go! Come on, energy…
